Cancellation Policy
Booking - A walk around of the property is required before a time, date and price can be agreed. We will need to see the size and condition of the property before moving any further forward. Once a price has been agreed and your service is pencilled in, a 25% deposit is required before your booking is confirmed. We will also use this time to confirm your requirements and expectations to ensure the best possible service. We will provide you with written confirmation of your booking. Cancellation - We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for your deposit to be refunded. If your cancellation is within the 48 hours but within 24 hours, refunds will be at the discretion of the management team. If our team arrives at the time agreed and is unable to access the property, we will require the payment in full.
